Baroyeca Gold & Silver Inc. has announced an expansion of its non-brokered private placement up to $490,593, offering up to 19,623,720 units at $0.025 each, with units including a share and a purchase warrant. The additional funds are earmarked for working capital and general corporate purposes, with the offering subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and a statutory hold period.
