The company noted that this total voting rights figure will serve as the reference denominator for shareholders when assessing whether they must disclose holdings or changes in their interests under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, clarifying the basis for regulatory reporting and transparency for investors and other stakeholders.
