Senior Independent Director Susannah Nicklin is set to leave Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC on June 30, 2024, due to increased commitments elsewhere. Nicklin, who has contributed significantly to the company and its predecessor since 2014, will be succeeded by a new appointee, with the selection process currently in progress. The company expresses gratitude for her valuable service and is confident in continuing its strategy of supporting early-stage companies.
