Baronsmead Second Venture Trust PLC has announced an extension of its offer to raise funds through a subscription initiative initially set to gather up to £30 million, with an option to increase by an additional £20 million. As of April 24, 2025, the company has raised approximately £14.3 million and will now extend the offer to include a fourth allotment on July 3, 2025, allowing more time for potential investors to participate.
