Baronsmead Second Venture Trust PLC has purchased 1,202,694 of its own shares at 56.89 pence each, which will be held in treasury. This transaction alters the company’s total shares in issue to 437,415,822 and its treasury shares to 41,232,147, effectively changing the total voting rights to 396,183,675.
