Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC has reported the purchase of 1,286,271 of its own shares at 54.25 pence per share on August 14, 2024, to be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the company has 424,464,819 shares in issue and 37,586,162 shares in treasury, resulting in 386,878,657 total voting rights. This strategic move could signal a new direction for the company’s stock market presence.
