Barnwell Industries, Inc. is undergoing a significant leadership reshuffle with Craig Hopkins stepping in as the new CEO and President from April 1, 2024. The outgoing CEO, Alexander C. Kinzler, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman and Corporate Secretary, while Kenneth Grossman will serve as Vice Chairman. Hopkins, who has been with the company’s subsidiaries since 2017, brings extensive experience to his new role. No family ties or special arrangements influenced his appointment, and his compensation is under review by the Board. Concurrently, the company has amended its bylaws, no longer requiring the President to be a Board member.
