Centamin PLC has announced a change in major holdings, with Barclays PLC acquiring a total of 5% in voting rights, crossing the notifiable threshold on September 23, 2024. The acquisition includes both direct voting rights and financial instruments, leading to Barclays holding 58,099,987 of Centamin’s voting rights as a result of this transaction.
