Baoye Group Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:2355) has released an update.

Baoye Group Company Limited has announced a change in their principal place of business in Hong Kong to a new address at Room 209 Tak Woo House, Central, effective from 18 June 2024. The notice was issued by the company’s chairman, Pang Baogen, and includes an updated list of board members comprising executive and non-executive directors.
