At the 2024 Annual General Meeting, Banyan Tree Holdings’ shareholders unanimously approved the minutes of the previous meeting, acknowledged the company’s successful 2023 operations, and endorsed the audited financial statements. Additionally, a dividend of Baht 1.35 per share was agreed to be distributed, with remaining earnings to be carried forward.
