Banyan Gold Corp. has successfully completed a $14 million private placement, funding its AurMac Project with an increased drill program and other preparatory work for permitting. The offering included various types of shares, with the proceeds earmarked for Canadian exploration expenses in the Yukon and general corporate expenditures. The placement, led by a syndicate of agents including Cormark Securities Inc., also saw significant participation from company insiders.
