Bannerman Energy Ltd has successfully secured A$85 million through a share placement to fund the development of its Etango-8 Project, including design, early works, and general working capital. The placement attracted substantial interest from both new and existing investors, with the company anticipating a robust cash reserve post-issuance. This capital raise is a significant step towards achieving a positive Final Investment Decision for Etango in the second half of 2024.
