Bank of Tianjin Issues RMB10 Billion Bonds

Bank of Tianjin Co., Ltd. has successfully issued RMB10.0 billion worth of three-year fixed-rate Financial Bonds with a coupon rate of 2.12%, following approvals from its annual general meetings and the People’s Bank of China. The bonds, which began accruing interest on June 24, 2024, aim to stabilize the bank’s liabilities and fund high-quality asset projects in line with credit policies. This strategic financial move is expected to optimize the bank’s liability structure and support its growth objectives.
