MicroSectors Solactive FANG & Innovation 3X Leveraged ETN has announced that the Bank of Montreal has issued various senior notes totaling $2.5 billion, with due dates ranging from 2027 to 2030. These notes, assured by legal counsel to be valid and binding obligations, are part of a larger $42 billion securities offering as detailed in previous SEC filings. The counsel’s opinion is confined to U.S. federal and New York State laws, excluding certain provisions governed by Canadian law.
