Bank of Montreal Issues $2 Billion in Notes

MicroSectors Solactive FANG & Innovation 3X Leveraged ETN (BULZ) has released an update.

MicroSectors Solactive FANG & Innovation 3X Leveraged ETN, represented by Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, has confirmed the issuance of $2 billion in senior and floating rate notes by the Bank of Montreal as legally binding obligations. The notes, which are due between 2027 and 2031, have been filed with the SEC and are subject to U.S. federal and New York state law, excluding certain provisions governed by Canadian law.
