Bank of Montreal Europe plc has announced a pre-stabilisation notice for the offer of USD 500,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due in March 2028, issued by BNG BANK N.V. The stabilisation period is expected to start on June 11, 2025, and may last up to 30 days after the issue date. The Bank of Montreal Europe plc will act as the Stabilising Manager, with the possibility to over-allot securities to support market prices, although there is no guarantee of such actions. This announcement is directed at qualified investors outside the United Kingdom and certain high net worth individuals within the UK, with the offer not being available in the United States.
