The Bank of East Asia, Limited has declared an interim dividend of HKD 0.31 per share for the first half of the financial year ending December 31, 2024, with an option for shareholders to convert their cash dividends into scrip shares at a price of HKD 9.3625 per share. Shareholders can participate in this scrip dividend program from the ex-dividend date of September 4, 2024, until the closing date for option election on October 7, 2024, with the dividend payment and share certificates dispatch scheduled for October 14, 2024.
