Bank of Communications Co. has announced it will pay a cash dividend of RMB4.07 per domestic preference share on September 9, 2024, with the total distribution amounting to RMB1,831,500,000. The dividend plan, applicable to shareholders listed by September 6, 2024, was approved by the board on April 26, 2024. Shareholders are responsible for any applicable tax on dividends as per PRC regulations.
