The National Administration of Financial Regulation has approved Mr. Zhang Baojiang as the new president of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. This confirmation follows the bank’s previous announcement on June 4, 2024, regarding Mr. Zhang’s appointment. With Mr. Zhang’s qualification now effective, Mr. Ren Deqi, the current chairman, will step down from performing presidential duties.
