Bank of China’s Productive 2024 Extraordinary Meeting

Bank of China (HK:3988) has released an update.

Bank of China Limited successfully conducted its 2024 Second Extraordinary General Meeting, with a strong turnout of shareholders representing nearly 79% of the total voting shares. The Meeting, held both onsite and online, saw attendance from 2,973 shareholders and was presided over by Chairman Ge Haijiao. Resolutions were passed without the need for preference share holders’ participation as they were not entitled to vote.
