Bank of China Issues $400M Notes in Dubai

Bank of China (HK:3988) has released an update.

Bank of China’s Dubai Branch has successfully issued $400 million in Floating Rate Notes due 2027 under its $40 billion Medium Term Note Programme. The notes, which are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and have certain restrictions in the U.S., were listed on NASDAQ Dubai on August 28, 2024. This move marks a significant step for the Bank of China in expanding its international financial activities.
