Bango PLC has granted 50,000 share options to Non-Executive Director Anthony Perkins, as part of its 2022 Non-Executive Directors Share Option Plan. These options, which vest in 4 years, were priced at 133.5 pence each, matching the company’s closing share price on the previous day.
