The latest update is out from Bango plc ( (GB:BGO) ).

Bango reported full-year 2025 revenue of $52.2M, down 2% as a decline in its Payments segment was offset by 22% growth in Subscriptions revenue and a 30% rise in annual recurring revenue to $18.2M. Adjusted EBITDA increased 7% to $16.4M and cash EBITDA turned positive at $2.3M, helped by gross margin expansion to 84%, cost reductions including headcount cuts, and lower R&D capex, even as net debt widened to $9.2M.

The company’s Digital Vending Machine platform saw strong traction, with 12 new enterprise wins taking customers to 39, active subscriptions up nearly 60% to 24M, and adoption by seven of the top eight U.S. telcos plus new clients in Asia, Turkey, South Africa and European banking. Bango is deliberately exiting low-margin legacy payment routes to improve earnings quality, has enhanced its funding with new debt facilities, and enters 2026 with double-digit Q1 revenue and EBITDA growth, while warning that geopolitical uncertainty could lengthen sales cycles as it targets positive cash EBITDA from Subscriptions in 2027.

Bango plc’s overall stock score is driven by strong financial performance and positive earnings call highlights, particularly in the Digital Vending Machine segment and EBITDA growth. However, technical analysis indicates potential bearish momentum, and valuation concerns persist due to negative earnings and lack of dividends. The company’s strategic expansions and financial flexibility are positive, but profitability improvements are needed to enhance the stock’s attractiveness.
