BANDAI NAMCO Holdings ( (JP:7832) ) has issued an announcement.

Bandai Namco Holdings’ board has approved a year-end dividend of ¥50 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, consisting of a ¥23 base dividend and a ¥27 performance-based component, bringing the total annual dividend to ¥73 per share including the earlier interim payment. The company also executed a share buyback of 6 million shares at a cost of about ¥24.8 billion, cancelled 5 million treasury shares, and achieved a total return ratio of 51.0%, underscoring its commitment to shareholder returns under its mid-term plan.

As part of a revised shareholder return policy that targets a total return ratio of at least 50% and a minimum dividend-on-equity of 3.60%, Bandai Namco plans an interim dividend of ¥25 per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, with the year-end payout to be determined in line with this framework.
