The latest update is out from Bancorp 34, Inc. (BCTF).
Bancorp 34 successfully completed its merger with CBOA Financial, Inc. on March 19, 2024, a move that was overwhelmingly supported by Bancorp 34 stockholders during a special meeting the day before. The merger integrates Commerce Bank of Arizona into Bancorp 34’s subsidiary, Bank 34, with a share exchange rate set at 0.2628 Bancorp 34 shares for each CBOA share. As a result, approximately 2.74 million Bancorp 34 shares, valued at around $24.5 million, were issued, while Bancorp 34’s existing shares remained unaffected.
