Bancolombia S.A. has announced an extraordinary virtual meeting for holders of its sustainability-linked bonds scheduled for August 23, 2024. The agenda includes the potential modification of a sustainable performance indicator and a review of a second-party opinion from Sustainalytics. The company has confirmed all necessary procedures to convene the meeting have been followed.
