Banco Macro S.A. has announced the payment of the third installment of its cash dividend totaling AR $176,255,233,717.59, equivalent to AR $275.6514510211 per share, available to shareholders from July 22, 2024. Shareholders are reminded of a 7% income tax withholding, and non-resident shareholders have the option to convert their dividends into ‘Bonds for the Reconstruction of a Free Argentina’ (BOPREALs). The payment will proceed according to the resolutions passed by the company’s Board and in compliance with Argentine regulatory authorizations.
