Banco Macro S.A. has announced the payment of the second installment of its substantial cash dividend, totaling AR $168,541,001,211.86, starting from June 26, 2024, with a record date of June 25, 2024. Shareholders have the option to redirect their dividends towards the subscription of ‘Bonds for the Reconstruction of a Free Argentina’ (BOPREALs), with certain tax withholdings applicable. The dividend distribution is in line with Argentine Central Bank regulations and subject to a 7% income tax withholding.
