The bank’s Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting has approved amendments to its Articles of Association to adopt a one-tier administration and control system, replacing its previous governance structure at the next renewal of corporate bodies. The move, already cleared by the Bank of Italy and accompanied by a broader update and coordination of the Articles, positions Banco Desio to streamline governance and potentially enhance oversight and decision-making as its updated structure takes effect with future board renewals.
