Banco de Chile has announced the establishment of a new subsidiary, Operadora de Tarjetas B-Pago S.A., with the public deed of incorporation being executed on July 29, 2024. The subsidiary, predominantly owned by Banco de Chile, was authorized by the Financial Market Commission and aligns with the General Banking Act.
