Banco de Chile Completes Successful Bond Issuance

Banco De Chile (BCH) has released an update.

Banco de Chile has successfully issued senior bonds in the local market, as reported on June 12, 2024. The bonds are dematerialized and bearer in nature, with the Series FB Bonds reaching a total of Chilean UF 590,000 and set to mature on April 1, 2029. These bonds come with an average placement rate of 3.35%, as disclosed in their filing with the Chilean Financial Market Commission.
