The latest announcement is out from Banca Sistema S.p.A. ( (IT:BST) ).

Banca Sistema S.p.A., part of Gruppo Banca CF+, focuses on trade and tax receivables linked to public-sector and niche segments, and complements this with salary- and pension-backed loans, personal finance products, and a broad range of banking and credit-servicing solutions. The group also has exposure to pawn credit and the auction market for valuables and art through its stake in Kruso Kapital.

The board of Banca Sistema has co-opted Iacopo De Francisco, currently Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of parent company Banca CF+, to serve concurrently as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Banca Sistema, after verifying his compliance with integrity, professionalism, and governance requirements. In line with the new governance structure under Banca CF+’s direction and coordination, the bank has abolished its Executive Committee and transferred its powers to the new Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, consolidating decision-making authority and aligning oversight within the group.
