Banca Profilo SPA ( (IT:PRO) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Banca Profilo reported a 7.7% rise in consolidated net profit to €10 million for 2025, supported by a very strong capital position with a CET1 ratio of 26.5% and an exceptionally high liquidity coverage ratio of about 1,147%. Despite this, net revenues declined 11.3% to €64.6 million, as lower interest rates and reduced private banking fees weighed on income, while the adjusted operating result reached €11.9 million with a still-elevated cost-income ratio of 81.3%.

Customer assets fell 33.6% year-on-year to €4.3 billion, driven by significant outflows in the private banking division following the exit of several bankers in the second half of the year, though the bank partly offset funding needs via other channels. Management has responded with a broad organisational reorganisation, new senior appointments in HR, digital, planning and organisation, and a renewed strategic focus on strengthening private banking activities for family offices and high-end clients under the 2026–2028 industrial plan.

The most recent analyst rating on (IT:PRO) stock is a Hold with a EUR0.17 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Banca Profilo SPA stock, see the IT:PRO Stock Forecast page.
