In a major change of share ownership, Baltic Classifieds Group PLC has notified stakeholders of a significant alteration in voting rights, with ANTLER EquityCo S.à r.l. now holding 12.923982% of the voting rights. This change, effective from June 5, 2024, represents a decrease from the previous notification, where the holding was 21.088027%. The completion of this transaction took place in London on the same day.
