Baltic Classifieds Group PLC has reported Antler EquityCo S.à r.l.’s complete divestment from the company, selling around 63 million shares and exiting its position. The transaction included a secondary placing to institutional investors, which raised approximately £146 million, and an off-market purchase by the company itself for around £10 million. The deals were managed by BofA Securities and are expected to be settled by July 17, 2024.
