Baltic Classifieds Group PLC, a major online classifieds platform in the Baltics, has announced the successful passing of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting on September 27, 2024. Shareholders overwhelmingly supported the agenda, including the receipt of financial statements, director re-elections, and the approval of a final dividend. Nearly 80% of the voting capital participated in the decisions, underscoring strong shareholder engagement and confidence in the company’s governance.
