Baltic Classifieds Group PLC, the premier online classifieds group in the Baltics, has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending April 30, 2024, and has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 27, 2024. Following the complete divestment by Antler EquityCo S.à r.l, the prior relationship agreement has been terminated, leading to the withdrawal of a buyback contract resolution from the upcoming AGM. Non-Executive Director Tom Hall will continue his role on the Board, leveraging his investment and sector expertise.
