Baltic Classifieds Group PLC has announced the grant of share options to its key executives and 22 other employees as part of its Performance Share Plan, with vesting contingent on meeting specific performance criteria by April 2027. Executive Directors Justinas Šimkus, Lina Mačienė, and Simonas Orkinas received significant awards, which will be exercisable on the plan’s third anniversary and subject to additional holding periods post-vesting.
