Ballymore Resources Limited has announced a new securities issue, proposing the issuance of 6 million options expiring on 30th June 2027, with an exercise price of $0.20, slated for issue on 30th May 2024. The company has informed the ASX of its proposal and will comply with the ASX Listing Rules, seeking to have the new securities quoted on the exchange.
