Ballard Mining Limited ( (AU:BM1) ) has shared an update.
Ballard Mining has reported a new gold discovery at the Ayla prospect on the Ballard Fault and strong extensional drilling results at the Golden Vale and West Knell prospects within its Mt Ida Gold Project. Recent intercepts at Ayla and West Knell extend mineralisation to 1.4km of strike, while drilling at Golden Vale has pushed mineralisation a further 650 metres to the southwest and west, with all areas remaining open along strike and at depth.
Management says the results support the potential for multiple shallow, open-pit ore sources to complement the Baldock deposit, which hosts more than 1 million ounces of high-grade gold. The growing scale and continuity of mineralisation along the 13km Ballard Fault zone suggests it may be broadly mineralised, underpinning Ballard’s plan to boost future production capacity and mine life at a potential standalone Mt Ida operation.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:BM1) stock is a Buy with a A$1.05 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Ballard Mining Limited stock, see the AU:BM1 Stock Forecast page.
