Ballard Mining has completed the 86,000-metre Phase 1 infill drilling program at its Baldock gold deposit, reporting multiple high-grade and broad gold intersections across the northern, central and southern zones that confirm the tenor and continuity of mineralisation. The results are expected to support upgrading a substantial portion of the Baldock Mineral Resource from Inferred to Indicated, underpin a targeted 400–500koz maiden Ore Reserve by mid-2026, and provide the basis for a 5–6 year reserve life, while planned extensional drilling in 2026 aims to grow resources at depth and build visibility toward an 8–10 year mine life at Mt Ida.
