Balkan Mining Director Bolsters Shareholding

Balkan Mining and Minerals Ltd (AU:BMM) has released an update.

Karl Simich, a director of Balkan Mining and Minerals Limited, has increased his stake in the company through an off-market purchase of 1,875,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at a value of $75,000. Following the transaction, Simich holds a total of 2,875,000 shares, maintaining his 5,800,000 Performance Rights. The transaction was conducted outside of the closed period and in compliance with the rules.
