Balfour Beatty ( (GB:BBY) ) just unveiled an update.

Balfour Beatty has continued to execute its previously announced share buyback programme, repurchasing 201,047 ordinary shares between 7 and 10 April 2026 through Deutsche Bank’s Deutsche Numis unit. The shares will be held in treasury, reducing the number of ordinary shares in issue to 488,428,675 and setting the company’s total voting rights at the same level for regulatory disclosure purposes.

Under the wider buyback, the group has now acquired 4,419,909 shares at a volume‑weighted average price of 743.68 pence, with all repurchased stock held in treasury without voting rights. The ongoing capital management move tightens the company’s free float, potentially enhancing earnings per share and providing shareholders with a clearer basis for monitoring ownership thresholds under FCA transparency rules.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:BBY) stock is a Buy with a £900.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Balfour Beatty stock, see the GB:BBY Stock Forecast page.
