Balfour Beatty has continued executing its previously announced share buyback programme, repurchasing 900,000 ordinary shares between 20 and 24 April 2026 via Deutsche Bank’s Deutsche Numis unit. The transactions, executed across the London Stock Exchange and alternative venues at prices around the low- to mid-800 pence range, will see the shares held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The updated share capital and voting rights figure provides a new reference point for investors assessing their disclosure obligations under the UK FCA’s transparency rules and signals Balfour Beatty’s ongoing capital return strategy.
