Bakkavor Group plc has announced a significant change in its leadership as Ben Waldron, the Group’s CFO and Asia CEO, will depart in April 2025 after a distinguished tenure that included leading the IPO in 2017. He will be succeeded by Lee Miley, the current UK Finance Director, who has been with the company since 1998. The transition aims to maintain continuity within the firm, with Miley’s extensive experience ensuring ongoing momentum.
