Bakkavor Group plc successfully held its 2024 Annual General Meeting with all proposed resolutions passed with requisite majorities. The AGM, which took place in London, saw the approval of the company’s annual report and accounts, directors’ remuneration report and policy, and final dividend declaration. Furthermore, the election and re-election of various directors were confirmed, alongside the authorization of share allotment and the company’s ability to purchase its own shares.
