Bakkavor Group plc has disclosed that two top executives have transferred shares into their spouses’ nominee accounts. CEO Mike Edwards moved 1,085,717 shares, and UK Finance Director Lee Miley transferred 97,506 shares, with no change in their aggregate beneficial interest in the company. These transactions, conducted outside of a trading venue, were reported in accordance with UK Market Abuse Regulation.
