Baker Technology Revamps Committee Structure

Baker Technology Limited (SG:BTP) has released an update.

Baker Technology Limited has announced the renaming of its Audit Committee to the Audit and Risk Management Committee to more accurately represent its expanded focus on overseeing both auditing and risk management. The change is effective immediately, with the committee composition remaining unchanged, still featuring Mr. Lim Jun Xiong Steven as its chairman along with members Mr. Chong Weng Hoe and Mr. Ajay Kumar Jain.
