The latest update is out from PIERER Mobility AG ( (CH:BMAG) ).
Bajaj Mobility AG has reported preliminary unaudited figures for 2025 showing revenue of EUR 1,009 million, down 46% year-on-year, as extensive restructuring and a temporary production halt weighed on sales volumes and cut total unit sales by 28% to 209,704 motorcycles. A restructuring gain of EUR 1,193 million, coupled with a sharp reduction of global inventories by more than 100,000 vehicles and a significant cut in headcount to 3,782 employees, helped lift EBITDA to EUR 874 million, improve EBIT to EUR 748 million, raise the equity ratio to 24.3% and reduce net debt to EUR 798 million. During the year the group exited several non-core areas, including KTM Sportcar/X-BOW, its stake in MV Agusta and the entire bicycle segment, consolidating its focus on premium motorcycles, while motorsport success with 29 championship titles enhanced its brand profile. For 2026, management plans further cost reductions, structural efficiency gains and a product offensive with new KTM and Husqvarna models, aiming for a significant increase in revenue and unit sales and a strengthened position in the premium motorcycle market.
