Bajaj Mobility AG, the Austrian-headquartered holding company behind KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles and GASGAS, specializes in premium performance motorcycles and related components, leveraging Bajaj Auto’s global reach and technological capabilities. The group serves riders in more than 70 countries, positioning itself at the high end of the international motorcycle market with a strong portfolio in racing and street segments.
In the first quarter of 2026, Bajaj Mobility AG posted a sharp operational turnaround, with group revenue jumping 70.2% to EUR 331.3 million and motorcycle sales more than doubling to 40,332 units, lifting motorcycle revenue by 151.6%. EBITDA returned to positive territory at EUR 5.5 million and EBIT losses narrowed significantly, while a EUR 550 million refinancing at KTM AG strengthened the balance sheet, even as restructuring continues with workforce reductions and a focus on restoring profitability through 2026.
